About this agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you, may be referred to as (You, Your, Account Administrator, organisation, or business representative), and anzi.com.au may be referred to as (ANZI, anzi.com.au, we, us, our). When you use our Services, you agree to all our terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
When you create an account and join the Anzi Services, you become a member and an account administrator. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain content as a Visitor.
It’s important to note that while the organisation representative serves as the account administrator, both the account administrator and the organisation collectively assume responsibility for adhering to our terms of use, policies, and contractual agreements. We encourage open communication, ethical use, and a commitment to the highest standards of conduct within our community. Thus, Actions taken by the account administrator on behalf of the organisation, such as content creation, account settings, and interaction with other users, are considered actions authorised by the organisation itself.
By clicking “Create Account,” “Sign Up,” or similar registration phrases, and by accessing or using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the legal terms with Anzi. This agreement acknowledges that you are using our services as a representative of an organisation or business. If you lack the authority for such representation or if you disagree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and should refrain from using our services.
Registration and Service Eligibility
Minimum age: You must be 18 years or older.
Represent an official organisation or a business that is authorised to operate in Australia: Each account administrator shall manage an organisation or business page that is administered by one authorised representative, who is you.
The Account
As an account administrator, at the same time as an organisation or business representative. You agree to:
(a) Confirm the accuracy and the truthfulness of the information you enter in the registration form, your profile, and the content you post and contribute to.
(b) Use a strong password and keep it confidential, as you are the only otherized person to use this account
(C) Follow the law, regulations and official instructions. You are accountable for all actions taken through your account.
ANZI reserves the right to suspend any account that doesn’t comply with any term in this user agreement.
The Content
It is the account administrator’s responsibility to comply with laws, rules, regulations and the terms of this agreement. You are responsible for the content you generate, post, or share on this platform. This includes but is not limited to, documents, text, images, videos, and any other form of user-generated content. You should only provide reliable content, and you are authorized to share.
You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the accuracy, reliability, and legality of exported content before relying on it for any purpose.
We reserve the right to remove any content or post that violates the User Agreement, including, for example, misleading, untruthful, or unlawful content. reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict user-generated content that violates our community guidelines, terms of use, or applicable laws. Users found violating these policies may face consequences, including content removal and account suspension. Content that gets reported by other members might be automatically hidden by the system and reviewed by Anzi’s staff member and thus might be permanently hidden from the platform.

Ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, rules, and our terms to create a lawful and trustworthy space.
Your content reflects on the community. We encourage independent verification to uphold the accuracy, reliability, and legality of shared information.
To protect the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to remove content that violates our User Agreement or community guidelines.
Consequences for policy violations, such as content removal or account suspension, are in place to maintain a positive and respectful user experience.
By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to create a community where everyone feels secure and can rely on the information shared.
Intellectual Property
Anzi is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from the users on this platform. You agree that you will not be transmitting content that infringes copyrights or using trademarks without proper authorization. When accessing or using the Services, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring your use, content and participation adhere to intellectual property, copyright, patent, and trademark laws. Anzi will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement, investigating and taking appropriate actions, including content removal and account suspension when necessary.
You may generate and share content, including but not limited to text, images, and multimedia. You retain ownership of the content you create Using Anzi.
Payment
By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees by one of the following payment options.
Paypal and Stripe: To operate transactions safely and securely between you and Anzi, we use PayPal and Stripe as authorized third-party payment processors to facilitate memberships and service fee payment transactions online. We don’t access or store payment information like credit card or bank information on our system, however, such sensitive financial details are only stored by the payment facilitators. Thus, Anzi shall not be responsible for any or all errors related to payment processing, additional fees and disputes that might be encountered by the mentioned payment operator which might, at the same time, impact your membership status. Please refer to the terms of the services by PayPal and Stripe.
Refund Policy
All payments made for the services are non-refundable, even in the event of modifications of the service features, unless it is required by law or there is a legal requirement to do so. The service/ subscription fees are payable whether you make use of the services to not. Subscription processing is handled by PayPal and Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically with a new period unless you cancel it. If you no longer wish to renew your subscription, please cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the new period. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Pricing and subscriptions
ANZI reserves the right to modify or introduce new subscription plans, promotions, free trials, and pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform.
Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
Anzi makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the platform or user-generated content for any particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the use of Anzi and its services, including any exported content, is undertaken at your own risk.
You agree that we do not endorse, promote or support any content on Anzi. Anzi makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content. The inclusion of any content on Anzi.com.au does not constitute an endorsement by Anzi and users should exercise their judgment and discretion when interacting with or relying on user-generated content.
All Content is the responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not be able to fully monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for any Content outcome. You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying the accuracy, reliability, and legality of exported content before relying on it for any purpose.
We don’t process financial transactions on behalf of other parties or do any brokerage services. We don’t ask you to pay fees other than subscription fees identified on the subscription page. Contact our support team in case of any suspicious communication made using our name.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the export of content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Anzi is not responsible for the use or misuse of exported content by users or third parties.
You agree that Anzi’s services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Anzi makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You understand that the use of Anzi may be subject to interruption, errors, or delays. Anzi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Anzi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Anzi.
Limitation of Direct Damages
In no event shall Anzi, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Anzi. Direct damages include but are not limited to, any loss or damage in connection with data loss, interruption of business, or any other financial or tangible loss.
Anzi shall not be liable for any direct damages, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory.
The total liability of Anzi for direct damages is 100 AUD and shall not exceed this amount for accessing or using our service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
General:
Anzi reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy as the need appears and as the law may require with no prior notification. If we make changes to these terms, we will publish that through our website, or/and notify you via your registered email. If you object to any changes, you may cancel your membership. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you agree to the updated terms as of their effective date.

User-generated content posted on Anzi may be indexed by search engines, such as Google. It is also visible to other users. Users accessing Anzi can share and reshare user-generated content through various means, both within and outside the platform. This may include sharing on messaging apps, or other communication channels. While Anzi’s team measure to protect user privacy on the platform, we have limited control over how user-generated content is reshared once it is made public.
Access and Correction:
you can access and edit profile data through your account settings. This includes information such as organization details, contact information, and preferences.
Visibility Management:
You have the right to manage the visibility of certain profile elements. However, please note that for system integrity reasons, certain information, such as the Organization Name, Account Administrator Name, and Username, may have restricted visibility settings.
Deletion of Data:
Users can request the deletion of their data, subject to the terms outlined in the “Data Retention” section.
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we generally maintain user data for the duration of their membership or as long as their account is active. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data from our systems. Upon receiving a direct request for deletion, we will promptly and securely delete the user’s information, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
For users with inactive accounts, we may retain their data for a reasonable period to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or as otherwise required by law.
